Sankyu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kimihiro Nakamura) opened the Odaiba Import and Export Center in Koto-ku, Tokyo on April 12, 2023.
Our warehouse is close to the port of Tokyo and has excellent access to central areas such as Ginza and Haneda Airport within a 20-minute drive.In addition, we have a constant temperature warehouse of 20 to 25 degrees and can handle temperature-controlled items. increase. Due to the growing demand for international logistics and the strong demand for this highly convenient warehouse as a stock point for import and export cargo, we have expanded the warehouse area to about four times the previous size.
In addition, this warehouse is a next-generation warehouse with an energy consumption reduction rate of 100% or more through energy creation using energy saving and solar power generation. We are the first company to acquire 5 stars, which is the highest rank of BELS, a building energy efficiency labeling system led by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the ZEB certification.
